Last week, Zara Realty hosted Holiday Events for tenants in their Jamaica, Elmhurst, and Flushing apartment communities.
Thousands of families living in Zara's Residential Communities enjoyed hot food, photos with Santa, wrapped presents for children, face painting, cotton candy, hot chocolate, and more fun holiday activities.
As landlords of multiple multi-family residential complexes in Queens and L.I., Zara's goal is "to give the highest level of service, enriching the daily lives of our residents by providing clean, safe, comfortable and affordable homes," said Zara VP, and dedicated family man, Tony Subraj.
"My family and I have lived in many different buildings in the past 15 years, and dealt with various landlords... and Zara is the only landlord who hosts fun, family events like this," exclaimed one Zara resident who lives in the Jamaica, Queens building at 87-50 167th Street.
"I love living in the Zara community because my apartment is clean and modern, the superintendent is very responsive, and I always feel safe," said Jonathan R., a tenant in Zara's Flushing apartment complex.
"My kids also love the tenant appreciation events that Zara hosts year-round," Jonathan added.
By hosting events like this, it's no wonder why Zara Realty is being called the "Landlords Who Care," by many folks in the Queens community.
