The nation’s only sustainable seafood festival, Aquarius, is returning to Long Island City this Saturday.

The second annual festival highlights sustainable seafood and cocktails in the 3,000-square-feet sprawling space of The Foundry. Try seafood with sustainable offerings as vast as the ocean as you look at the Manhattan skyline and sip on world class beers and spirits.

The Aquarius zodiac sign, representing between January 20 and February 18, also means the 'cup bearer'. Festival co-owners chose the name to represent how the water and the sea mirrors their initiatives to raise awareness when it comes to sustainable seafood.

Aquarius is put on by the talented producers of Secret Summer, Tyler Hollinger of HighLife Productions, Andrew Maturana of RAPT and Allison du Val of The Foundry.

Hollinger of HighLife Productions said guests should expect six different experiential rooms, 16 unique brand partners, eight different bars, two fire pit lounges, a winter wolf ballet, photo booths, Burlesque competition, two different djs, electric guitar and violin performances.

The Hudson Horns, an energetic brass band known throughout the city, will also headline to provide the evening’s musical entertainment.

MF Events will have a raw bar filled with oysters, shrimp and more. Midtown Greek hotspot Kellari, Ca'Pisci in Williamsburg and Italian eatery Bocce will be at your service to satisfy your appetite and MyMo Mochi will be on hand to offer up sweet snacks.

Coney Island Brewery will provide craft beer and hard sodas. Meanwhile, Barr Hill Gin & Caledonia Spirits and Tanteo Tequila and Spring 44 Distillery and The Finnish Long Drink will serve up their premium spirits.

“Sustainability of our oceans resources will receive the attention it deserves just like that of organic non GMO produce and vegetables,” Hollinger said. “Sustainable seafood is the next frontier for culinary initiatives because it not only promotes responsible fishing practices but it’s just better for you as a human.

“A fish forward 'Mediterranean diet' has been proven by doctors to be the best option for a healthy long life,” Hollinger added. In addition the Aquarius 'cup-bearer' celebrates adult beverages for the Gods! Gods being you and I and 'adult beverages' being the wealth of delicious cocktails we have on hand.”

Töst will provide the glamorous taste of champagne without the alcohol and Polar Seltzer Water will have an Ice Village with Orson the Polar on hand to keep things cool and Harmless Harvest Coconut Water will also ensure guests stay hydrated all night.

More delicious drink options include sample ginger beer from Fentimans Botanical, and sparkling probiotic drinks from KeVita.

Awe-inspiring accessories will be available to purchase from Nuun Watch Official and Penelope Traveling Boutique. Commemorate the magical evening with an impromptu photoshoot in the 4Five Photo Booth with nautical props to kick your pics up a notch.

Immersive experiences will also include Winter Wolf Ballet and The Fireside Garden.

Aquarius specialty cocktails and water are complimentary while wearing the Aquarius bracelet. Full meals will be available for purchase.

“This is will be the biggest and the baddest Aquarius yet,” Hollinger said. “Delight in the night. Dance your ass off.”

And when you don’t want the party to stop, head on over to the DJ dance after-party until 4 a.m. at the Ravel Hotel next door. Each ticket comes with exclusive access to the after-party. The attire is Artic Chic.

Tickets begin at $100 and can be purchased by visiting:
